AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF FORREST COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE MISSISSIPPI ASSOCIATION OF COUNTY AGRICULTURAL AGENTS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Forrest County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute to the Mississippi Association of County Agricultural Agents, out of any available funds, an amount not to exceed Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00), in support of the organization's hosting of the 85th National Association of County Agricultural Agents' meeting in August 2000, in Jackson, Mississippi.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
